Trip·Atrium은 외국인 여행객이 한국에서 필요한 정보와 공식 연락처를 찾고, 한국어 요청문을 준비하도록 돕는 여행 지원 앱입니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보

선택한 언어, 앱 설정, 사용자가 직접 저장한 연락 기록은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 안에서 기록을 삭제하면 해당 정보도 제거됩니다.

위치정보

사용자가 허용한 경우에만 앱 사용 중 현재 위치를 이용하여 주변 병원·약국·음식점과 길찾기 정보를 제공합니다. 검색을 처리하기 위해 위치가 Trip·Atrium 서버 또는 선택한 지도 서비스에 전달될 수 있으며, Trip·Atrium은 위치 검색 기록을 사용자 프로필로 만들어 보관하거나 광고 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.

사진과 증거자료

신고 준비 화면에서 선택한 사진은 Trip·Atrium 서버로 업로드되지 않으며 공식기관에 자동 제출되지 않습니다.

외부 서비스

지도, 전화, 1330, 공공기관 웹사이트와 같은 외부 서비스를 열면 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.

추적 및 판매

Trip·Atrium은 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에서 사용자를 추적하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

Trip·Atrium is a travel-support app that helps international visitors find useful information and official contact channels in Korea and prepare Korean messages.

Information stored on your device

Your language choice, app preferences, and contact records you choose to save remain on your device. They are removed when you delete them in the app or delete the app.

Location

With your permission, Trip·Atrium uses location only while the app is open to find nearby clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, and destinations for directions. Location may be sent to the Trip·Atrium server or the map service you select to process a search. Trip·Atrium does not create a user profile from location-search history or use it for advertising tracking.

Photos and evidence

Photos selected while preparing a report are not uploaded to a Trip·Atrium server and are not automatically submitted to an official agency.

External services

When you open a map, phone call, 1330 service, or public-agency website, that external provider’s privacy policy may apply.

Tracking and sale

Trip·Atrium does not track you across other apps or websites and does not sell personal information.
