Trip·Atrium은 외국인 여행객이 한국에서 필요한 정보와 공식 연락처를 찾고, 한국어 요청문을 준비하도록 돕는 여행 지원 앱입니다.

운영자와 문의처

운영자: 이유민(Yumin Lee). 개인정보 관련 문의, 열람·정정·삭제 또는 처리 정지 요청은 support@tripatrium.com으로 보내주세요. 요청을 처리하는 데 필요한 최소한의 정보로 본인 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보

선택한 언어, 앱 설정, 사용자가 직접 저장한 연락 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 연락 기록은 앱에서 삭제할 수 있으며 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터도 제거됩니다. Android 앱은 앱 데이터의 자동 백업을 비활성화합니다. iOS에서는 백업 설정에 따라 사본이 남을 수 있으므로 백업은 Apple의 설정에서 별도로 관리해 주세요. 현재 버전에는 회원가입과 커뮤니티가 없습니다.

위치와 검색 정보

위치 권한을 허용하면 앱 사용 중 주변 시설 검색에 현재 좌표를 사용합니다. 좌표, 검색어, 선택한 시설 종류(예: 내과·약국), 직접 입력한 지역은 검색 처리를 위해 Trip·Atrium 서버와 해당 데이터 제공자에게 전달됩니다. 위치를 허용하지 않아도 지역을 직접 입력할 수 있습니다. 권한은 기기의 앱 권한 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

증상 질문에 대한 답변과 한국어 요청문은 기기에서 조합하며 의료 기록으로 서버에 제출하지 않습니다. 다만 선택한 진료과나 시설 검색어는 위 검색 요청에 포함됩니다. 사진·증거자료를 서버에 업로드하거나 공식기관에 자동 제출하는 기능은 없습니다.

익명 이용 통계

서비스 개선을 위해 앱 실행, 선택 언어, 이용한 기능과 단계, 외부 지도·공식 연락처 선택, 앱 버전 등의 이용 이벤트를 Trip·Atrium 서버에 전송할 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자 대신 앱이 임의로 생성한 설치 식별자를 사용하며 서버에는 일방향 해시값으로 저장합니다. 신고·요청문 원문, 증상 질문의 답변, 사진, 연락처, 정확한 위치는 이용 통계에 포함하지 않습니다.

개별 이벤트는 최대 180일 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제하고, 날짜·언어·기능별로 합산한 통계는 서비스 개선과 운영 추세 확인을 위해 계속 보관할 수 있습니다. 설정의 ‘익명 이용 통계 공유’에서 전송을 끌 수 있으며, 끄면 기기에 남아 있던 미전송 이벤트도 삭제됩니다.

서버 처리와 로그 보관

검색 서버는 운영자가 관리하는 Unraid 서버에서 운영되며 Cloudflare Tunnel을 통해 HTTPS 요청을 전달받습니다. 검색어와 좌표를 요청 URL과 함께 남기는 응용 프로그램 접근 로그는 사용하지 않습니다. 위치 검색 이력을 계정이나 사용자 프로필에 연결해 별도 저장하지 않습니다. 시설 운영시간 등 공공 장소 정보는 일시적으로 메모리에 캐시할 수 있습니다.

서버 운영과 장애 대응을 위한 로그 및 보안 처리는 운영 서버와 Cloudflare의 설정 및 정책에 따릅니다. 데이터베이스 백업은 암호화하여 Google Drive에 저장하도록 구성되어 있습니다. 삭제된 정보의 사본은 순환 백업이 만료될 때까지 남을 수 있습니다.

외부 서비스와 국외 처리

음식점 검색에는 LOCALDATA 공공데이터를 사용합니다. 병원·약국 등 장소 검색에는 NAVER, Kakao, 건강보험심사평가원, 국립중앙의료원 등의 자료를 사용하며, iOS에서는 Apple 지도 검색도 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 영상 불러오기를 선택하면 서버가 식당명과 관련 검색어로 YouTube 영상을 검색하고 제목·채널 정보를 앱에 전달합니다. 이 검색에서 앱은 사용자의 기기 식별자나 IP 주소를 YouTube에 전달하지 않습니다.

iOS 1.0(8) 이후 버전과 Android 앱에서는 YouTube 플레이어나 원격 영상 썸네일을 불러오지 않습니다. 영상 링크를 선택하면 외부 YouTube 앱이나 브라우저로 이동하며, 그 이후 Google의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 이전 테스트 빌드에서 YouTube 플레이어·썸네일을 불러오거나 영상을 재생한 경우 Google이 IP 주소와 기기·이용 정보를 처리했을 수 있습니다.

지도·리뷰·배달·대여·관광 안내·공공기관 사이트를 열거나 전화·이메일을 이용하면 선택한 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다. 외부 서비스 이용은 선택 사항이며 일부 정보는 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 지원 메일은 Cloudflare Email Routing을 거쳐 운영자의 Google 메일함으로 전달됩니다. 해당 제공자의 처리 지역과 보관 기준은 제공자 정책을 따릅니다.

지원 이메일과 삭제 요청

지원 메일의 발신 주소, 문의 내용과 첨부파일은 문의 답변 및 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 문의 종료 후 90일 이내 운영자가 메일함과 휴지통에서 삭제합니다. 법령에 따른 보관 의무 또는 진행 중인 분쟁으로 보관이 필요한 경우에는 필요한 정보만 해당 사유가 종료될 때까지 제한적으로 보관합니다. 불필요한 여권·카드 정보나 진료 기록을 보내지 마세요. 문의 내용의 삭제를 먼저 요청할 수도 있습니다.

보호 조치

앱과 검색 서버 간 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하며 운영용 계정 접근을 제한합니다. API 인증키는 앱에 넣지 않고 서버에서 관리합니다. 위탁 제공자의 시스템 및 백업에 남는 정보는 해당 제공자의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

추적 및 판매

Trip·Atrium은 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에서 사용자를 추적하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

Trip·Atrium is a travel-support app that helps international visitors find useful information and official contact channels in Korea and prepare Korean messages.

Operator and contact

Operator: Yumin Lee (이유민). For access, correction, deletion, or restriction requests, email support@tripatrium.com. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify and handle your request.

Information stored on your device

Your language choice, preferences, and contact records you choose to save are stored on your device. You can delete contact records in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data, and Android automatic app-data backup is disabled. Copies may remain in iOS backups; manage those separately in Apple’s settings. This version has no registration or community feature.

Location and searches

If you allow location access, the app uses your current coordinates while in use to find nearby places. Coordinates, search terms, selected facility types (such as internal medicine or pharmacies), and areas you enter are sent to the Trip·Atrium server and relevant data providers to process searches. You can enter an area instead of granting location access, and change permission in your device’s app-permission settings at any time.

Answers to symptom questions and Korean messages are assembled on your device, not submitted to the server as medical records. However, the selected department or facility search term is included in place-search requests. The app does not upload photos or evidence or automatically submit them to an agency.

Anonymous usage analytics

To improve the service, the app may send usage events such as app launches, selected language, features and steps used, external map or official-contact selections, and app version to the Trip·Atrium server. We use a random installation identifier instead of an advertising identifier and store only a one-way hash of it on the server. Analytics do not include report or request-message text, symptom-question answers, photos, contact details, or precise location.

Individual events are retained for up to 180 days and then deleted. Aggregated counts by date, language, and feature may be retained to understand long-term service trends. You can disable “Share anonymous usage analytics” in Settings; disabling it also removes unsent events remaining on the device.

Server processing and logs

The search server runs on an operator-managed Unraid server and receives HTTPS requests through Cloudflare Tunnel. Application access logs that record request URLs with search terms and coordinates are disabled. We do not separately store location-search history against an account or user profile. Public place information, such as facility hours, may be cached temporarily in memory.

Operational logging and security processing follow the server configuration and Cloudflare’s policies. Database backups are configured to be encrypted and stored in Google Drive. Copies of deleted information may remain until rotating backups expire.

External services and international processing

Restaurant searches use LOCALDATA public data. Hospital, pharmacy, and other place searches use data from NAVER, Kakao, Korea’s Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, and the National Medical Center; iOS may also use Apple Maps search. When you choose to load videos, our server searches YouTube using the restaurant name and related search terms and returns video titles and channel information to the app. The app does not send your device identifier or IP address to YouTube for this search.

The Android app and iOS versions starting with 1.0(8) do not load YouTube players or remote video thumbnails. Selecting a video link opens the external YouTube app or your browser, where Google’s Privacy Policy applies. In earlier test builds, loading YouTube players or thumbnails, or playing videos, may have allowed Google to process IP addresses and device or usage information.

When you use external maps, reviews, delivery or rental services, tourist information, public-agency websites, calls, or email, the selected provider’s policies apply. These services are optional, and information may be processed outside your country. Support emails pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Google mailbox. Provider policies govern their processing locations and retention.

Support emails and deletion requests

We use your sender address, message, and attachments to answer inquiries and resolve issues. The operator deletes them from the mailbox and trash within 90 days after the inquiry is closed. If retention is required by law or an ongoing dispute, only necessary information is retained with restricted access until that reason ends. Please do not send unnecessary passport, payment-card, or medical records. You can also request earlier deletion.

Safeguards

Communication between the app and search server uses HTTPS, and access to operational accounts is limited. API credentials are kept on the server rather than in the app. Information remaining in providers’ systems and backups is handled under their respective policies.

Tracking and sale

Trip·Atrium does not track you across other apps or websites and does not sell personal information.
